A Study On Operatioin Mode Of Public Bicycle Of HY City In Hunan

With the continuous development of the economy,a growing number of vehicles,traffic congestion,energy problem,and environment problem increase rapidly.But in recent years,in the internet business world,the rapid development of the sharing bicycle makes this kind of "green" method of transport attract people's attention again.However,immature supervision system,too fast development,ignoring the capacity of city and increasing city resource burden are becoming the problems that sharing bicycle brings.Public bikes,as early as 10 years ago,were promoted and built as a supplementary project in the public transport system in China.And,establishing the public bicycle system and encouraging more citizens to choose non-motorized modes of travel are to improve the efficiency of the urban traffic,with an effective way to reduce environmental pollution.At present,Hangzhou,Beijing,Weifang and Xuzhou have formed a relatively mature public bicycle transportation system,and made positive influence.The paper firstly talks about the definition and theories of public economic and public interest,then distinguishes between public bike and sharing bike.While analyzes the development of China and foreign public bicycle,the paper studies about the external and internal operation mode of public bicycle system of HY city in Hunan province,by analyzing its business mode,operation plan,operation process and PDCA mode and etc,.Based on the study of operation mode,the paper suggests building completed observation system,distinguishing and designing different rental station with different characters,building multi-department communication system and seting up a public bicycle system department,proposing the operation strategy to insuring the city's public bicycle system operates effectively.
