The implementation of these policies promote local economic development to a certain extent, as well as improve the people’s material life, but also it brought some "attachment".Ban village is a border village which is Zhuang people in the main and a few Han people supplement settlement.Since the 1950’s, the implementation of ethnic policy of ethnic equality and regional autonomy by our nation, Ban village economic got a certain development.In late1970’s, affected by the tense relationship between China and Vietnam,Ban village’s economic development has been a certain degree of damage.But 1990 years later, the implementation of the subsidy to the village,such as national defense forest subsidies,and other subsidies by our nation.These subsidies’ implementation have greatly improved the local infrastructure construction, as well as the living level of people is improved.Ban village attaches to state subsidies to develop, the ability of independent development has been weakened at the same time in some extent.With the development of economy, Ban village gave birth to another mode of development-- the endogenous development.There are negative and positive dependence in the form of attachment,Ban village’s economy has developed to a certain extent in the positive dependent,but the external inducing from attachment and the game in the subsidies influence of the independent development of thelocal economy.In order to promote the healthy, stable development of economy, Ban village economy should take the endogenous economic development.
