Role Of County Government In The Promotion Of Agricultural Science And Technology

Under the influence of a vast, complex terrain, unbalanced regional economic development and other factors, China’s history and culture, agricultural extension model is also characterized by great diversity. While the socio-economic situation is increasingly moving in multiple directions, how to choose a reasonable mode of agricultural science and technology has become the county government requires in-depth thinking and planning of statistical domains, but also the focus of research questions. County government is in the process of agricultural science and technology an important force, play a significant role in improving agricultural extension system. The promotion of agricultural science and technology in the process, the government needs to actively participate in and take the initiative to assume responsibility. Respectively, from the natural, cultural and socio-economic development environment departure, combined with the characteristics of agricultural science and technology itself, it analyzes the technology trends and their objective to promote the development of a diversified basis. The third chapter is part of the situation analysis. In the role of county government departments to promote agricultural science and technology produced in the process, this paper analyzes the special status of county governments, and with the local actual situation, indicating that the national policy for the county’s economic development has provided support and promote the county agricultural science and technology specific conditions; noted with geographical advantages of the county government, should be the main force to promote agricultural science and technology, combined with multi-force to promote China’s agricultural science and technology extension work for greater effectiveness. According to field research also found some place where there are deficiencies. The fifth chapter focuses on the actual role played by the county government in the promotion of agricultural science and technology work. However, our county government are still not aware of the threat caused by the monopoly of foreign forces. In order to effectively combat this risk, our county government should establish the overall concept, but look at the issue with a development perspective, to promote agricultural science and technology, increase the technological content of agricultural products, and strive to enhance market competitiveness, maintain the stable development of the domestic agricultural market, in stabilizing the national economy, promote social health and sustainable development of China’s contribution.
