The Study On The Problem Of Pension Insurance In Zhangjiagang City

The endowment insurance is the basic old-age pension plan, which is launched by the government and manage to meet the social demand as the goal of the members. China has gradually established a basic old-age insurance and supplementary pension insurance companies and employee personal savings pension system that combines. China has initially established a meet today to the requirements of the development of market economy, people beneficial insurance system, the framework of the system of endowment insurance for employees in urban enterprises has been basically established and in the aspects of social security members and economic life plays a positive role. But because of the long-term impact of the dual economic structure in urban and rural areas, urban and rural pension insurance in China in the development of the road obstacles, the construction of social security system still face many problems, the pension insurance reform is imminent.This paper takes urban and rural old-age security development of Zhang Jiagang as the background, combing the change of urban and rural areas under the urban and rural endowment insurance system. This paper is mainly on Zhang Jiagang City endowment insurance mode research, trying to solve three problems:Firstly, what is the foundation and condition of endowment insurance reform; Secondly, how to improve the old-age insurance system; Thirdly, what is the experience and practice of endowment insurance reform. Meanwhile, I point out some questions such as the low level of overall urban and rural old-age security, increasing gap of the future social security funds, difficulties of raising social security funds and other issues. I wil put forward some ideas by analyzing the problems and learn from the typical pattern of urban-rural integration of domestic pension insurance, pension fund from perfect mode of operation, improve the integration of urban and rural old-age insurance operating environment and supporting measures and pension reform in this three-track system proposed promote urban and rural old-age insurance solution ideas, looking forward to improve the integration of urban and rural old-age security.
