With the integration of economic globalization and the continuous development of domestic economy,the competition between enterprises is very fierce.Through case analysis and research,the managers gradually realized that "talent" is becoming more and more important in the enterprise.As a manager,in the face of all kinds of talents, that has become a core subject in the study of the current enterprise human resource management how to manage them and give full play to each employee’s talent and ability.Human resources management becomes more and more important for managers of enterprises, and as all important component of enterprise management.The most core of the human resource management is the performance management of employees.Enterprise performance management must be achieved through the performance appraisal.Performance appraisal is a routine means of effective management to the employees,its real purpose is to get the employee’s work target accurate positioning in the enterprise production and operation, to ensure that every employee’s work process, status, performance can be consistent with the development of the enterprise need.That is to say, the performance appraisal can help employees found the direction of the work,and constantly improve the staff’s personal performance indicators and work efficiency.In the end, the enterprise can achieve business development goals.This article will human resource management as a guide,and research on Henan Xinxiang FL health care products company(hereinafter referred to as the "FL company").In reference to the domestic and international relevant research results,the paper discusses the performance management theory and method,and analyzes the present situation and problems of the FL company personnel performance appraisal,and design the sales personnel and administrative personnel performance appraisal index system,and empirical analysis of the FL company personnel performance appraisal results,and put forward the Suggestions on FL company personnel performance appraisal.Through the investigation and study, this paper get the following conclusion:The first is the FL company personnel performance evaluation system index set is too simple.The original performance appraisal only attaches great importance to the achievement of financial indicators, neglecting to employees working process of the evaluation.That Lead to the company’s performance appraisal failed to really have the effect of increase work efficiency of employees and sales performance.The second is the company in the construction of performance appraisal system,Should put the company’s strategic objectives and employee performance appraisal unifies in together,and ensure that employees work direction is always consistent with the direction of the development of the company.The third is in the design of performance appraisal system,managers need to fully consider the company’s industry background, the development environment, and personal characteristics to establish the comprehensive index system of performance indicators.Performance evaluation should also attach importance to the allocation of index weight, to ensure that performance evaluation is scientific and effective.
