Since China’s reform and opening up, the collective economy in the south of Jiangsu, the foreign economy in Pearl River and the private economy in Wenzhou have promoted the development of China’s rural industrialization. In 21 st century, as the end of the conversion of township enterprises, many rural private enterprises have been beginning to emerge.Based on the theory and methods of sociology, this study reveals the rural private enterprises development from family business to enterprises mode through the case study of a private enterprise in Shandong. It also tries to study social mechanism of the rural enterprise organization’s development. Family factors and social network are very important for China’s private enterprises’ development. Analyzing these factors can reflect the China’s rural industrialization and grasp the trajectory of China’s market economy development and transformation.In this paper, there are six chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It introduced the research purpose, research significance, research methods, innovations, keys, difficulties, the related theoretical, the literature review and the concept definition. The second chapter is the introduction of the enterprise. It mainly introduced the regional location, background and the structure of family. The third chapter studied the rural private enterprise’s development. The fourth chapter analyzed the family factors. The fifth chapter studied the social network embeddedness. The last chapter is conclusion and discussion.
