This article aimes to provide some experiences in operation of private equity fund for Chinese private equity fund management institutions, by researching Jiuding Capital which is established in 2007 and becoming the outstanding institution in this industry in just recent years.Based on observation of Jiuding Capital’s conducting in raising,investing,managing and exit of private equity funds, this article summarizes the characteristics of systematic operation and delicacy management of Jiuding Capital.
