| Since the reform and opening-up policy, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, China keep rapid economic development, GDP growth rate has remained above 8 percent, with the rapid economic growth, China’s industrial structure is changing, during the twelfth five-year period, the government transfer mode, adjust the structure, to overcapacity, promote industrial upgrading and a series of reform policies, develop a long-term service as the country’s industrial policy has received special attention, and productive service industry as the service sector of the core component, its importance is self-evident. Our productive service industry has maintained a high growth rate, lo-gistics, finance, real estate, information, science and technology innovation, business services, and other major industries developed rapidly, but compared with developed countries, the development of productive service industry in our country is in the initial stage, the overall level is not high, the internal industrial structure also unreasonable. Factors affecting our industry, there are many elements in the structure, including eco-nomic growth, technological progress, trade and other structural changes, and the role of foreign direct investment which is particularly important. Therefore, the study of the development of the productive service industry of foreign direct investment is very important.Based on the theory of multiple disciplines in industrial economics, development economics, economics, international trade and econometrics as the foundation. In re-search methods, mainly related to research methods literature, empirical analysis. Among them, the literature mainly through digging and analysis of existing literature, research and analysis of the relevant literature in order to identify the contents of the current situation and to study the progress made, and related theoretical concepts de-fined. Empirical analysis is under consideration of the causal relationship between economic variables premise, using relevant data to support their views, and to make reasonable predictions on this phenomenon. This study is based on the combination of industrial economics, development economics, international trade, economics, science and other related theories, from the reality of China, the influence of producer services FDI on producer services and then for the entire service affect industry structure gen-erated by the construction of the theoretical framework. Based on the theoretical anal-ysis, the data collected by the sort, Applied Econometrics Eviews7.2 empirical analysis of the influence of producer services use FDI to quantify producer services, make findings article more objective and credible.First, this paper describes the background and significance of the study, the method used by the Institute, as well as innovative content of the paper frame and shortcomings, and then refer to domestic and international organizations, scholars have conducted research on the related concepts are defined and analyzed review of relevant literature at home and abroad, followed by a detailed article analyzes the development status and the use of FDI in productive service industry in our country, systematic study of the impact of FDI on the development of productive service industry produced by our use of panel data models to further validate the FDI producer services to our internal industrial structure affect the results, and finally, in the systematic study sum-mary basis of producer services on the development of China’s utilization of foreign investment, research and analysis by the existing problem, the promotion of foreign investment to develop the use of productive service industry policy recommendations. In this paper, the impact of foreign direct investment in producer services of producer services on this perspective as a starting point, not only to build a system to investigate the use of foreign direct investment on basic analytical framework of productive ser-vice industry, and the groundbreaking article affect the production of six industries in-cluded in the internal services of producer services FDI empirical analysis were carried out and the interpretation of the theory and empirical research. By analyzing the impact of FDI in the Service of the productive development of producer services produced, the question of how to more effectively use of foreign direct investment to better promote the development of producer services strategies and ideas.The main conclusions of this study are:(1) Regardless of the country or sub-region, the producer services are on the level of foreign direct investment in pro-ducer services play an important role in promoting development, in which the impact of FDI on the eastern than in the western region great. With the increasing production of services FDI, China’s capital has been continuously optimize and improve quality, through the demonstration effect of foreign competition and production services for our department, and constantly improve the level of development of producer services. Thus, foreign direct investment inflows as an important positive impact on the produc-tivity of China’s service industry, the greater the number the greater its impact on the inflow of Producer Services in China.(2) In addition to the production of services FDI has a significant positive impact on the development of producer services, the fixed asset investment in producer ser-vices on the level of development of producer services also have a significant positive impact. Whether it is from the country or sub-region, the increase in fixed asset in-vestment will not only promote the expansion of the production scale of the enterprise itself, but also help enterprises to introduce advanced technology, attract the best peo-ple, thus contributing to the production of services to improve productivity, thereby affecting the rapid development of producer services.(3) In addition, the impact of the number of employees on the level of producer services producer services vary, the impact on the central and western regions was sig-nificantly more than the effect of the eastern region. Producer services have knowledge intensive nature, if only to simply increase the number of employed persons and not, pay attention to the quality of employees, it will have a negative impact on producer services. Therefore, the development of producer services is not only dependent on the increase and the number of employees.Overall, FDI has a significant positive impact on the productivity of China’s ser-vice industry, FDI investment, the more the number of producer services in the country, the more able to promote the development of producer services.For the above conclusion, the paper puts forward relevant policy recommenda-tions:(1) Create a favorable environment for foreign investment is reasonable, gradual liberalization of productive service industry restrictions. (2) Improvement of the urban infrastructure, and promote the health of our producer services and rapid development. (3) Learn the advanced experience of developed countries; vigorously develop high-quality talent producer services. (4) Actively deepen cooperation and exchanges with the developed countries, the expansion of foreign direct investment sources and methods. (5) To increase R & D investment, enhance the capability of independent in-novation of China’s producer services. |
