Research On The Influence Of Productive Service Industry On Economic Growth In Resource-based Region

With the continuous development of China's economy,the industrial structure has entered the stage from the "industrial economy" to "service economy" change,the status of the service industry increased gradually,especially producer services contributing more to the development of the national economy.Resource type area in the development process is the most significant characteristic is in the exploitation of natural resources is leading,single industrial structure,high pollution and high energy consuming industry is in the majority,some areas facing resource depletion and lead to the stagnation of the economy development status.In this background,the resource type area must be to find a reasonable path to the transformation of economic growth mode.As intermediate inputs industry,producer services has the characteristics of industries associated with high,innovation and knowledge intensive,in terms of resources in our country area industrial transformation and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and plays a more and more important role,has become the new power of resource-based regional economic growth.This paper on the development of producer services as the research object,in the research literature at home and abroad were collected and the digestion and absorption based on and on effects on economic growth of resource-based regional production service industry development are analyzed and discussed,and build the corresponding panel data empirical analysis model and makes empirical test of resource type area production service industry development on the economic growth effect of.Firstly on the concept and extension of producer services definition,resource type area of the definition,development of production service industry and theoretical basis for the production service industry promote theoretical study on the mechanism of economic growth are reviewed in this paper,laid the theoretical foundation for the research of resource type area of producer services to economic growth.Secondly,this paper reviews the history of development of Resource-based Region of producer service industry in the past ten on the relevant measurement methods,building panel data model,using 2005-2014 years of relevant data to empirically test the impact of resource based regional producer services on economic growth,the relevant conclusions are drawn.Finally,based on the empirical test results of panel data model,the actual development situation and the future development trend of producer services in resource type area are put forward,and the relevant countermeasures are put forward.Of resource type area of productive service industry development present situation analysis showed that the development of productive service industry of resource type area exists following problems:small scale production of the service industry in general,slow pace of development;production service industry the development of the industry is not coordinated,the internal structure needs to be optimized;less productive service industry employment,the lack of professional and technical personnel;productive service industry capital investment low,financing difficulty is increased.On this basis,the construction of productive service industry in resource-based regions on economic growth made an empirical test of panel data model,test results show that the producer services in resource type area transportation warehousing and postal industry,the traditional wholesale and retail,leasing and business service industry still plays a very important role in in economic development,and the financial industry and scientific research and technical services in emerging service industry has a great development,but its role in the economic growth is still relatively low,which means that China's economy is still in the traditional service industry leading stage of economic development,the development of the financial industry,scientific research and technical services the emerging industry is lagging behind.Combined with the descriptive analysis and empirical test results,resource type area production service industry has made some achievements,economic output and production efficiency improved steadily,industry to further improve the system,but total economic output is small,low efficiency of production and producer services industry development imbalance and other issues have seriously restricted the further development of the industry.In addition,the problem of irrational industrial structure in resource based economy is gradually emerging,it needs to optimize the industrial organization as soon as possible,so as to promote the rapid development of economy.In order to improve the development level of productive service industry and to improve the current development situation,it is needed to make policy recommendations based on these problems.To improve the resource type area of productive service industry role in promoting economic growth,we must increase the reform,the establishment of productive service industry service system;adjust the industrial structure,promote inter regional interaction;focus and overall development of the combination,optimize industry internal structure;exploration of personnel training and the introduction of the new system,focus on the cultivation of professional and technical personnel;increase the input of productive service industry.
