The Research Of The Key Point In The Lean Manufacturing Of YS Company

As the manufacture cost continuous increasing in domestic, the Low cost strategy for Chinese manufactory has coming to the end, a number of domestic enterprises are facing a crisis of survival. How to face the rapidly changing market environment, fast to meet the variable needs of customers, and respond quickly to market changes has been the primary problem for them. The lean thinking and lean manufacturing are gradually entering in domestic enterprises, which aimed at eliminating the Non-valued added activities to improve the efficiency, reduce the inventory and reduce the lead time.The thesis aims at share the success or failure experience during the YS Company implementation of lean production. And aim studying how to use the VSM to find out the problem and use the brain storm, Pareto chart and FEMA chart to solve the problem. Also it will aim at studying the importance of lean culture and the connection of lean culture with the enterprise to conclude a completed settlement for the well implementation of the lean manufacture.we will study out the wrong awareness of JIT and 5s and share the experience with other company for reference.
