| Competition is becoming hot for China’s manufacturing industry especial for auto parts industry,also for the end customer requirements,the product with small batch,diversification,personalization,high quality,which make the auto parts enterprise’s goal the same as customer,like quality improvement,cost reduction,shorten the cycle and timely delivery.For these challenges,a new generation of production mode-lean manufacturing system is introduced by more enterprises,the purpose is to make operational excellence of sustainable competitive advantage,and how to implement lean manufacturing system is the key to success.This thesis is mainly focus on YFAS lean Manufacturing System(Adient Manufacturing System,AMS)implementation.Based on the research purpose,problem solving thinking is used to the problem identification,solution analysis,and example validation.First of all,the lean manufacturing related theories are reviewed and the current manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad present situation of the application of lean manufacturing system.Then current lean manufacturing system for YFAS has been analyzed,and the solution is a new lean manufacturing system AMS implementation,its main for AMS implementation strategy,process,value stream mapping and evaluation method.At last,the good method of implementing lean manufacturing system and the key success factors are summarized by actual practice.Through the analysis of the lean manufacturing system implementation,manufacturing efficiency、cost、quality and material control so as to obtain great progress,and operation ability and comprehensive competitiveness can be improved by the management team.For the lean manufacturing experience and methods of YFAS,the reference and enlightenment on the implementation of lean manufacturing can be usded for the Chinese manufacturing enterprises. |
