The industrialization and urbanization impeded through the process of constant implementation of China’s opening up and reform and economic boom led to the fast development of agritainment industry of China from nothing. Notwithstanding the continuous expansion, the agritainment market had gradually entered the period of saturation, which consequently drove many of the agritainment owners out of business due to fierce competition. Under present rules, traditional agritainment business have to preserve a sustainable business sight, analyze and adjust according to changing environment as well as target for split stages of final goals, in order to acquire its core edges, by doing which can the agritainment business develop sustainably and survive and prevail in this world.This article raises an example by providing a struggling agritainment business with strategies. It introduces domestic and overseas commercial theories and principles at first, brings up strategies based on the analysis of the inner and outer issues of business A, and then present implementation methods and control measures. Utilizing PEST modules and Five Forces modules, this paper analyzed agritainment business inner environment factors as environmental resources, inner management, company culture and core edges, etc, raising strategies for future development and identifying stage targets.By providing middle and small sized enterprises with development strategies, identifying their short-term, middle-term and long-term targets, emphasizing core edges, adjusting administration and establishing procedures and management as well as company culture, the agritainment business can utilize existed resources, seize opportunities to go through the bottle-neck stage, feedbacking stakeholders with benefits and expanding future prosperity.
