With the rapid development of economy, the logistics demand has increased sharply in recent years. The increase of the logistics demand put forward higher requirements for logistics supply ability. In order to satisfy the logistics demand better, both the national level, and local governments at all levels have begun to pay more attention on the development of logistics industry, and a growing number of provinces and cities have enacted the related logistics development planning. Logistics node planning is the important content in the logistics planning, and is also the basis and the target for promoting the development of the logistics. As a result, determine of the regional logistics node layout, land use, sizing calculation has become one of the problems that need to be solved in logistics planning.Based on the reference of regional logistics and the logistics node location problem, and combining the present situation of the regional logistics node layout planning and the problems need to be solved, This thesis has constructed the regional logistics nodes layout planning model. This model shows, regional logistics node layout planning should be considered from two aspects. On the one hand, we hope that the total cost of logistics node layout which includes the cost of construction, transportation and processing is minimal. On the other hand, we hope that the use of logistics node layout utility maximum. In addition, in order to solve the model, This thesis uses Lingo to calculate. Finally, applied the model to a real case, and got a good result.Studies shows that the regional logistics node layout planning model proposed in this paper can solve the logistics nodes’ location problem well, and it is highly practical. The proposed algorithm with good convergence and effectiveness can offer assistant decision-making to regional logistics node layout planning that is worthy of reference and promotion.
