In the development of network marketing explosive today, micro-blog has received extensive attention from all walks of life, some of the advanced enterprises in recognizing the micro-blog has great potential in marketing, and it’s useful in practice. China tobacco industry companies have also joined the new battlefield of micro-blog marketing, and paid more and more attention for it. However, the micro-blog marketing is still in its infancy, and marketing of tobacco industry company of our country has its particularity, the tobacco industry is exploring the operations in micro-blog marketing, for it has not formed the theoretical system and marketing.This paper begins with the basic theory of the micro-blog marketing, analyzes the current status of micro-blog marketing in China tobacco industry companies, evaluates many opportunities and challenges the micro-blog marketing brings to them, analyzes some problems they face to in actual application of micro-blog marketing. To search a more professional and systematic way is very important, and the tobacco industry companies need micro-blog marketing theory and marketing strategies when they do micro-blog maketing too. So, this paper design strategies and modes of micro-blog marketing for China tobacco industry companies to choose, include the clarity of user strategy, brand promotion strategy, interactive communication strategy, full participation strategy, monitoring strategy, and can be used in interactive marketing, word-of-mouth marketing, viral marketing, engagement marketing mode to achieve marketing purpose. In addition, the tobacco industry companies also need a different audience design different marketing strategies, marketing activities that have a definite object in view, marketing topics, get twice the result with half the effort.Fujian tobacco is one of the tobacco industry companies that do micro-blog marketing early. So, this paper is base on the case of Fujian tobacco micro-blog marketing, analysis of the existing mode of Fujian tobacco micro-blog marketing and effect, existing problems, future development ideas, and proposed to consumers as the center of micro-blog design, innovative marketing as the focus for micro-blog promotion, with precise marketing direction of micro-blog promotion, relationship marketing in order to enhance the maintenance of micro-blog marketing idea, to provide practical reference for the development of Fujian tobacco company in the micro-blog marketing and achieve the better results.
