Research On BOM Transformation And Information Integration In Manufacturing Enterprise

With the economic development and the people’s personalized demand growth,between the modern manufacturing enterprise competitions is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprises can be use of information technology to improve production efficiency has become one of the key elements of enterprise to win in the competition.Product data is the source of enterprise data, is the foundation of enterprise information management, and the bill of material(Bill of Material, BOM) is the main form of basic data and products, plays a very important role in enterprise information management process.Firstly, based on the current study on manufacturing enterprises BOM technology at home and abroad, analyzed and summarized the current BOM technology in the enterprise to realize the problems in the process of BOM, various management matters,analysis of the BOM in the data entry template, BOM management, BOM general technology and other aspects of the needs of the enterprise.Secondly, the access technology configuration model based on customer needs is discussed. Starting from the framework of product configuration model based on customers’ requirements,BOM showing the configuration of the relationship between parts operation, through the analysis of the BOM view mapping, mapping technology research from customer requirements to design BOM. The engineering practice of Chongqing JIANSHE Motorcycle Based on Limited by Share Ltd, on the conversion process of BOM in enterprise information management system for the actual operation research.Thirdly, the transformation model and algorithm between BOM is put forward,making the whole life cycle of product design and procurement under BOM. Has made the detailed analysis to the product design BOM to manufacturing BOM encountered during the transformation of the problem, in view of the existing problems, puts forward the transformation of a new model of BOM, and the corresponding algorithm is designed with the model.Finally, it use the knowledge of BOM theory, the actual use of contact in the enterprise, through the system analysis, the establishment of the enterprise informationmanagement system based on BOM technology. Through the system practical application proved that this view has certain practical application value. At the end of this paper to research BOM technology has done the further prospect.
