With the improvement of production capacity,the products produced by enterprises can supply the market in large quantities;actually,an oversupply has been reached.The excess production capacity of the enterprise has caused great losses to the enterprise,the main reason for this result is the change of customer’s individual demand,and the products produced by enterprises can not meet the needs of most consumers.Only by producing products that meet the individual needs of customers can enterprises stand in the increasingly competitive market.Therefore,this paper is titled "Research on product configuration model and application for personalized demand of customers ",which aims to provide guidance for product configuration in the following aspects.Firstly,in order to accurately grasp the weight of individual customer requirements,this paper proposes an integrated analysis method based on rough sets and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.In this paper,the objective and subjective customer demand weights are obtained by using the importance of rough sets and Fuzzy AHP.Through combining with the subjective and objective weight,this paper can get more accurate weight of customer demand;Secondly,in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise product configuration and customer satisfaction,this paper combines the knowledge reasoning method of rough sets and case-based reasoning in the process of product configuration for customer individual demand.In this paper,rough set knowledge reduction is used to remove redundant information from the instance database.After the product configuration rules are extracted,the examples in the case base are classified by rules.Case-based reasoning is used to calculate the similarity between the requirement instances and the corresponding instances of the matching rules,and the highest similarity instances are obtained as the product configuration basis of the requirement instances.Again,for instance library dynamic changes will affect the product configuration results,this paper proposes a dynamic product configuration model of customer individual demand,through the combination of dynamic knowledge reduction in rough sets and case-based reasoning,this paper can quickly and accurately get the product configuration in case library dynamic change.Finally,the model is applied to the soybean milk machine configuration,and the effectiveness of the model is illustrated by comparison.In summary,this paper considers not only customer individual demand in the process of product configuration,so that the production of products can meet consumer demand,but also can overcome problem that the dynamic change of instance library affects the result of product configuration,so that we can accurately and quickly get the product configuration to achieve win-win business and customers.
