The Research Of Industrial Technology Route Of Our Country’s Electric Vehicle

Under the dual pressures of the energy crisis and environmental pollution,the traditional fuel vehicles don’t conform to the concept of energy saving and environmental protection,the whole world are focusing its attention on the electric car.Major developed countries are layoutting their own electric car industry technology roadmap,China is no exception.Although China’s energy-saving and new energy automotive industry plan has been introduced, given the relatively uncertain macroeconomic route,but the market reaction bleak,the dispute of industrial technology roadmap still has not stopped,and the development of key technology roadmap is also unknown,leading to the slow development of electric vehicle technology.From the macro and micro levels,the electric car industry technology roadmap for research,correctly grasp the future development direction of the electric car industry and technology,with a view of our government industrial policy and enterprise technology research and development department choose to provide direction.This paper first describes the classification of electric vehicles,electric vehicles include 100% electrically powered vehicles,plug-in hybrid vehicles(including range-extended electric vehicles),ordinary hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles,from technology research, supporting industries,and consumer attitudes,cost-effective policies and measures in five areas,the status of the electric car industry is analyzed,and then use the SWOT analysis of electric vehicles for a preliminary summary of the status quo,after combining macro technology roadmap based on expert surveys of AHP on Chinese electric car industry study is about these five levels divided into 13 sub-index,a comparative analysis of four models to calculate weights.Conclusions show that is basically the national industrial planning,indicating that adhere to a reasonable macroeconomic technical route.Finally,A line of electric vehicle technology as a case study in A Automobile Research Institute,further confirmed that depending on the market demand,the development of feasibility of low-speed electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid bus is right.After clearing macro-technical route,the paper further analyze the electric vehicle technology patents,combining with TRIZ technology system evolution law,for four models of the evolution of their technology roadmap were analyzed to establish the key technology,thereby to map out the key micro-level electric car industry technology roadmap.Finally, after China’s electric car industry technology roadmap was established,giving the corresponding industrial development proposals,considering that combining the reasonable guide of the government,effective operation of the market,and actively involved in the enterprise are crucial to combine industrial development.
