Study On Theories And Demonstrations Of Industrial Technology Leapfrogging

Nowadays, many countries are practicing the technology leapfrogging actively and have obtained abundant fruits because the technology leapfrogging is the highest level of technological innovation. However, the theory study on the technology leapfrogging started only from 1980s to 1990s. Up to now, deep study fruits are very rare and no unified paradigm has formed. The anticipative success is not acquired to interpret and guide certain country's industry technology leapfrogging. Under this situation, it becomes vitally important to study technology leapfrogging deeply and systemically and construct the theory system of industry technology leapfrogging. This dissertation has discussed from both theory and practice dimensions. It focused on the industry technology leapfrogging and studied the concept, system analysis, internal mechanism, industrial technology policy of industry technology leapfrogging. Furthermore, this dissertation has analyzed the industry technology leapfrogging of Chinese civil aviation based on the status quo that Chinese civil aviation is boosting"New Generation of Civil Aviation Transportation System".The main work and innovation points of this dissertation include:Firstly, defining the connotation of industrial technology leapfrogging from the angle which combines industry economics and technology theory; filling the blank to research industrial technology leapfrogging systemically and differentiate industrial technology leapfrogging, national technology leapfrogging and enterprise technology leapfrogging.Secondly, identifying the complex adaptive characters of industry technology leapfrogging system, illuminating the components, aim, input, output and environment of the industry technology leapfrogging system; constructing concept model of industrial technology leapfrogging based on the technology theory and the complex systems theory for the first time.Thirdly, partitioning the stages in the internal evolution process of industrial technology leapfrogging and analyzing the process technology mechanism; putting forward the opinion that certain industry realizes its technology leapfrogging through two stages and process from the technology leaping and spreading of the dominant enterprises to enterprises group co-evolution and industrial technology chain coupling; paying more attention to analyze the distinctive character of industrial technology leapfrogging-- the core technology's spreading and the enterprise group's cooperation; revealing the industry technology leapfrogging mechanism; filling the studying blank of the industrial technological leapfrogging's process and mechanism.Fourthly, putting forward the corresponding policy system and logical policy frame based on the process mechanism analysis of the of industrial technology leapfrogging; providing reference for the implementation of industrial technology leapfrogging aiming at the problems of core technology's diffusion, independent innovation ability's cultivating and industry common technology's supplying.
