Study On Factors Affecting The Development Of China’s Producer Services

With the rapid development of China’s economic during the "11th five-year plan" period, the industry structure in a certain degree of adjustment, in which the service factor inputs and outputs proportion of the total economy has been in a rising trend. Although the overall change trend of the industrial structure conforms to match first-clark’s law, but is still shows the problem that the large proportion of first industry, low manufacturing level and low industrial added value, so our country is in the critical period of transformation of the mode of economic development and realize of economic structure strategic adjustment. Therefore, how to realize the upgrading of industrial structure optimization under the new economic situation, and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s industrial structure has become a economic issues of mutual interest in our government and academic circles, on the issue of the rational solution will contribute to the continued prosperity of our country’s economy, and actively promote the rapid development of producer services will provide a solution for it. Producer services industry have a rapid development with its special features, and the status of the economic systems are becoming more and more important. This paper will analyze the current situation development of Chinese producer services and study its influence factors, then clearly the driving force and disincentives of the development of producer services industry, and provide the targeted recommendations for its development.Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant literature on the development of producer services and its influencing factors, analyzes the current situation development of producer services and the role of various factors in the process of its development from both theoretical and empirical, provides the analysis of the direction and methods for reference of this paper. Secondly, generalizes the related theories of factors affecting of the development of producer services, and in terms of demand, supply, the external environment, detailed analysis of the various factors that affect the internal mechanism of the producer services. Then by collecting relevant data on the development of indicators of producer services carried out an overview of the descriptive analysis revealed the existence of a problem in the course of its development path in the clear changes of producer services. Finally, establishment of the spatial auto-regressive model of the various factors that influence the development of productive space services in China and using 2003-2012 Chinese provinces of panel data to empirical analysis.According to the theoretical and empirical analysis in the previous section of this article have shows that, firstly, although the rapid development of China’s producer services in recent years, but low internal level, lack of investment and regional development imbalances and other issues are still outstanding. Secondly, our producer services significantly affected by internal and external factors, the impact of labor as a factor input is significantly exceed the effect of capital investment. However, in the external environment, the level of economic development, the rate of urbanization, and mercerization also have a significant positive impact. Thirdly, China provinces of producer services has a significant spatial correlation, an area of productive service industry not only affected by factor inputs and economic environment, but also affected by the development of producer services of adjacent areas.
