Study On The Project Cost Management Optimum Proposal Of S Company’s Metropolitan Optical Network

Since the end of last century, Japan and South Korea, as the optical fiber network construction leading countries, led fiber optic network industry chain gradually mature through the national policy guidance and the drive of market main body.
