This article concerns that traditional industry is facing many difficulties and challenges with the rapid development of the Internet finance as well as the mobile Internet, the credit card is one of traditional industries. Based on the analysis of changes and challenges which the credit card is facing from the Internet finance and mobile internet finance, Almost certain that the credit card is moving into a "destructive environment". In this circumstance, it’s very easy to produce a more dangerous situation is that, although the whole team worked very hard、seriously listen to the voice of the customer、continue to improve management efficiency and team effectiveness, and so on, but it has lost its leading position in the competition, and when enterprise face to the curve, it unable to make a clear and accurate strategic direction.To help credit card industry to find a way out, this article attempts to exert Maikebote’s "five forces model"、"SWOT" analysis and comparison of analysis methods, separately from the macro-and micro-level analysis of the traditional credit card industry faces competitive pressures in a mobile Internet trends and challenges, described the plight of the traditional credit card industry that represented by China Merchants Bank credit card, and the competitive environment and the analysis of each individual competition.At the end of article, I attempts to proposed specific strategies, Through market repositioning、strengthening the competitive differentiation advantage、cross-border cooperation、learn from "Amoeba management" to reform organization system、structured transition of talent team and financial structure reform, and other thoughts on strategic.
