In 2013,it was called the first year of internet finance.The era of internet finance has come.The deep integration of the Internet and finance is a general trend and will have a profound impact on financial products,businesses,organizations,services,and management.Among these services are third-party payment,mobile payment,person-to-person network credit,and the cost reduction of Internet finance and service facilitation.There is a strong alternative to financial services and products and services,which has brought great impact on the traditional financial industry.Under the background of the deep integration of internet finance,this paper explores what kind of competitive strategy should be adopted by CCB Shandong Branch in light of the development characteristics and trends of internet finance to cope with the impact of internet finance,and put forward recommendations for ensuring the implementation of competitive strategies through in-depth analysis.It also provides reference for other branches of CCB.In the research content of this article,the first chapter is an introduction,describes the background,theoretical significance and practical significance of this research,and briefly explains the main content of this study,the research methods used.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review part,including enterprise strategic management theory,competitive strategy theory and the combing of research status at home and abroad.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of CCB Shandong Branch.Chapter 4 analyzes the external environment of Shandong Province and the country in the context of Internet finance development from the aspects of economic development,political law,population,financial industry development and technology,and analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by CCB Shandong Branch.Specifically,opportunities faced by Shandong Branch include“One Belt and One Road" to promote overseas business expansion,supply-side structural reforms to promote business adjustments,new Internet finance business model to expand business space,stricter Internet finance supervision,and Internet technology to promote provincial branches On-line business,etc.;Threats mainly include the substitution of third-party payment,mobile payment,P2P network credit,low-cost Internet finance,and service facilitation to financial services and product services.Chapter 5 analyzes CCB Shandong Branch' s own advantages and existing competitive disadvantages.Specifically,the advantages are mainly reflected in brand advantages,customer advantages,risk control system advantages,product-to-categorization advantages,organizational management advantages,and industry access.High barriers to entry,complete licenses,etc.;disadvantages include high operating costs,a single means of information collection,rigid business processes,inefficient application of customer information,and backward Internet concepts.Chapter VI uses SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix matrix analysis tools to explore the competitive strategy that should be adopted by CCB Shandong Branch.Chapter VII is a proposal for countermeasures.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the competition strategy of CCB Shandong Branch,it proposes to further enhance core competitiveness,actively integrate into the Internet finance era,attaches importance to cost control and strengthens the cultivation of talents,especially the measures for the cultivation of Internet technical talents and strengthens risk prevention.Suggest.The main conclusions of this paper are:First,under the background of internet finance,CCB Shandong Branch can combine external environment and company resources to grasp opportunities in a timely manner and properly respond to threats.In particular,it can use cloud computing and big data to develop customized customer-oriented services.Financial Services.Second,CCB Shandong Branch is internally at a disadvantage,and under the impact of Internet finance,its strength has weakened.Thirdly,according to the SWOT analysis,QSPM matrix analysis and expert scoring method,CCB Shandong Branch should adopt a differentiation strategy based on competition strategy,supplemented by a centralized strategy.
