Study On The Development Strategy Of A Rilway Bureau Of Freight Transportation Business

A Railway Bureau holds the advantages of safe, energy saving and environmental protection, high efficiency, and accuracy transportation, industry effect, and transportation network and booking system all over the world. On the other hand, freight management system lags behind relatively, lower quality of personnel, cargo transport price adjustment rigid, single investment channel, poor advanced equipment and reliability blocked the development of A Railway Bureau Freight Industry. Fourthly, on the basis of above analysis, the alternative strategy for the development of the A Railway Bureau freight industry comes out. The overall strategy that is most suitable for the development of A Railway Bureau are diversified strategy, business strategy as cost leads differentiation strategy based on the analyzing of corporate vision and mission and refine the strategic objectives. Finally, the functional strategy of marketing strategy, operation strategy, research and development strategy, human resources strategy and financial strategy are proposed.
