With the bank’s reform, development, and my line of work has gone through centralized purchasing more than ten years of development. So, what kind of optimization program should be used to compensate for the centralized procurement of commercial bank management is urgently put in front of us. The second part is the theoretical analysis, focusing on the concept of Purchasing Management, the definition of centralized procurement, advantages, and commercial banks to centrally define the content and methods of procurement management were discussed in detail. The third part focuses on the commercial banks of centralized procurement management situation described, and pointed out the existing problems and loopholes in management and analysis of the reasons for these problems, puts forward for the next optimization recommendations to pave the way; the fourth part is the focus of this paper focuses on the current commercial bank centralized procurement management shortcomings make corresponding optimization suggestions:First Commercial Bank centralized procurement management principles are discussed to provide a basis for the proposed optimization recommendations; secondly, the centralized procurement of commercial banks The internal management make recommendations for specific optimization discussed below lay the foundation; then, for the commercial banks of centralized procurement supply management, line management, process management and reengineering management team building, culture building optimization suggestions were put forward.
