At present, the global economy tends to improve, but economic growth is still insufficient, shipping market malaise, port overall industry growth is slowing, intensifying competition between the ports of the adjacent. If enterprises want to win development in severe competition environment must constantly improve their own core competitiveness. The source of enterprise core competitiveness from the human resources management, and salary management as an effective means of retaining talents and attracting talents management, play an important role in human resource management. The rationality of the compensation management or not will directly affect the enterprise staffs work enthusiasm. With the rapid development of Tianjin port and strategic needs, how to establish an effective compensation management optimization system, realize the enterprise concept of "port development, personal achievement", is the company human resources management is facing an important subject, it was also in this paper, the main problem to solve.Taking Tianjin port X company pay management as the research object, based on the research of the typical salary system at home and abroad, combining with the Tianjin port and strategic target, the properties of X company using system study, literature research, work analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview method and other methods, this paper introduces the study of the theory of the compensation management system, highlights the characteristics of practicability, systematic and operability, to Tianjin port X company existing compensation system has carried on the comprehensive analysis, and put forward a set of compensation optimization system in conformity with the Tianjin port development of X company. In addition, in order to ensure the optimization is able to run a good compensation system, puts forward the corresponding measures to guarantee, and proposed the concrete conclusion. Hope this thesis can offer reference for same type enterprise salary system optimization scheme.
