In the mobile Internet and public business, the background of innovation", XAJD companies such as high-tech enterprises, enterprises can adapt to the trend of the times of post entrepreneurship and innovation in the company, great to play the initiative of employees, and employees are most concerned about the problem of personal interests, namely income compensation. Compensation is the most powerful driving force of the private enterprise employees such as XAJD, and the most favorable incentive tool for enterprises. XAJD company wants to occupy a dominant position in the competition of human resources, it is necessary to establish an effective compensation system. This salary system will play an irreplaceable role in the development of XAJD company.This paper starts from the basic theory of salary, combined with the theory of salary, of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the case of XAJD company compensation system, this article first introduces the existing salary system of XAJD company, through the investigation and analysis to find out the existing problems of the compensation system, after sorting out the problems the reasons of the problems, and expounds the necessity of XAJD company salary reform. Then, according to the strategic target of the development of XAJD's own organizational structure, staff structure and company, to achieve the company to occupy a dominant position in human resources of the target, using questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, through the statistical analysis of investigation data, the special attributes of private high-tech company, combined with XAJD, the reform of existing optimization of salary, a new salary system. In the process of the optimization of salary system, job analysis, salary structure, performance appraisal and salary adjustment are described in a comprehensive way.
