Along with the market economy is deepening, the enterprise competition has become increasingly fierce. How to occupy a favorable position in the market competition has become a major enterprise direction and in-depth study of the subject. To enable enterprises to grow, not only to reduce costs, to seize market share, the salary system for the enterprise also plays a vital role. Workers compensation system is not only related to the staff of their own interests, more related to the growth of the method of power management and enterprise. The purpose of this thesis is based on the analysis of present situation of the salary system of C company to discuss, adjustment salary structure, optimize the allocation of resources, finally obtains a set of effective salary management system, the human resources management of C company can be greatly improved, and ultimately achieve the actual purpose of enterprise growing.The thesis takes C company as the research object. First elaborated the background and significance of the research, Introduces the theory of domestic and foreign research status of the salary and wage system in china, As a result,we got the research ideas and research methods. By further elaborating comprehensive new theory knowledge system, and provides a theoretical basis for the entire thesis. Second, the paper combined with the internal organization structure and staff of C company, according to the existing salary system present situation and investigation, this paper puts forward the main problems existing in the salary system. Based on the problem of this company, we got the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the compensation system design. On this basis, elaborates the total compensation system of C company. Through the design of job analysis, job evaluation, salary survey and other steps, determine the basic salary of 12 level and 10 level, and the senior management personnel, sales personnel, personnel of research and development, production personnel to design different performance salary, also add a profit sharing plan, welfare design and internal compensation design, and the overall design of the expected effect analysis. Finally introduces the issues related to management and control the implementation of the comprehensive compensation system.
