Basically speaking,It requires the company not only to grab market share,but also to refine operation mode to reduce costs.As a major cost of Internet companies,salary is also an important means for employee management and motivation.Salary,which relates to the stability and engagement of the company’s overall staff,plays an important role in corporate management.In order to achieve the optimal incentive effect within limited budget,scientific compensation system is necessary.Taking M Company as the research object,this paper expounds some problems of the salary system found in the satisfaction survey of M Company,and redesign the comprehensive salary system through organizational design,position analysis,salary structure design,salary level benchmarking and so on.This paper aims to set up a more scientific and more encouraging comprehensive compensation system from the three following aspects: direct compensation,indirect compensation and non-economic compensation.It requires the company to ensure the implementation of the compensation system from the organization,system,corporate culture and other aspects.This paper targets at providing reference cases for medium-sized Internet enterprises and improve their professionalism in compensation management by studying the design of M company’s comprehensive compensation system. |
