Human resources have been enterprise development, reform and upgrade strategy plays a very important role, therefore, how companies according to operating conditions to provide remuneration paid to its match ratio for employees, establish a dynamic, competitive, incentive nature salary system will directly affect the employees pay for the enterprise and the degree of contribution. At the same time, a set of scientific and effective compensation management system can also reduce the brain drain and attract more outstanding outside talent committed to the development of enterprises. Therefore, CJ Group, the establishment of an effective, competitive salary system is an important way to achieve sustainable development of the company.In this paper, the theory describes the remuneration, human capital, incentives begin, by comparative analysis, analysis of different regions in the same industry, the same areas of the industry, pay levels in the industry similar staff positions, we analyze the CJ Group's remuneration in the industry and the market competitive strength, as well as the main reason for the brain drain, provide the basis for the next salary system reform and the establishment of remuneration. Through questionnaires, from different positions employees on salary satisfaction, distribution system, salary and job matching issues such as start, real understanding of CJ Group compensation system existing problems and their true thoughts, analyzes the enthusiasm of the staff work initiative is not high phenomenon, which has targeted for the CJ Group Compensation system reform proposed the implementation of recommendations and directions.By studying the following conclusions:an effective, consistent with their own characteristics compensation system can increase employee satisfaction, the transition from the work of the slack is positive, proactive planning work. CJ Group should "encourage" as the main goal of improving the company's compensation system, the institutional salary to annual salary system and performance system combination, build adaptable, better promote the development of the company's reasonable salary system.This study, CJ Group to improve the pay system, to maximize the advantages of human resources has a certain reference value for similar problems in the industry also has a certain significance.
