| This dissertation analysis and discusses the existing problem of LY postal service for the convenience during professional development,and strive to explore LY postal service for the convenience of Development Strategy,Strategic scheme,Strategy implementation and control, in order to solve the problems of the early stage construction, to build a solid foundation for the better to promote the integrated system of postal service for the convenience.This dissertation mainly searches the construction, management and profit of postal service for the convenience by discovery,analysis and solving problems. Study on the development course of service for the convenience of reference foreign postal, the PEST,the Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and the Core Capability Analysis Model are referred to analyze the competition of domestic service for the convenience.
