The development of new social media has been influenced the management of crisis spread of the enterprises. Compared with the traditional media era, social channels of the new media period, the spread of the crisis is different. In the traditional media era, Crisis communication channels is media organization, as long as to maintain good relations with media organization, enterprise can easily manage the crisis spread. In the new media era, the social new social media channels are open, every person can be express opinions on the social new media, this also for the enterprise during the period of the new social media crisis communication management brings new problems and challenges.Chinese dairy enterprises as the industry of the higher social awareness, crisis events are outstanding. Li this circumstance, it has certain reference significance to analysis the management of crisis spread of the enterprises.Based on this, the author set down the Chinese dairy enterprise as the breakthrough point and seize the factor of the management of crisis spread of the enterprises to research the management of crisis spread in the new era of social media. There exists plenty of problems by analyzing the case of traditional media era and the management of dairy crisis spread in the new era of social media. For instance, it appears that breeding rumors, lacking of specific targets and the overall strategic planning etc. Then summarizing strategies and methods to cope with the management of crisis spread.For example, Making full use of the social communication function of social new media, strengthening emotional contact through social new media and public and carrying out public welfare activities to promote the level of management of crisis spread in the new era of social media about Chinese dairy enterprises, and expect to provide reference for Chinese enterprises in crisis management and maintenance of social community.
