The Dairy Industry In Our Country Enterprise Crisis Management Research

With the rapid development of China dairy industry, many dairy enterprises have thrived. However, the management, especially for crisis management, of them cannot catch up with the rapid development. Due to their poor crisis management, many dairy enterprises have dropped into trouble and have suffered big losses both in the capital market and the product market. Their strategic decision-making errors, accidental factors and contingencies could lead to enterprise crises.Such crises may seriously affect the production and operation of enterprises in China should attach great importance to crises management activities.This thesis is divided into five chapters, the first introductory chapter is about the research background, the research purpose and the significance of the research. Chapter two is the literature review related to the crisis and crisis management theories, focusing on the definition of crisis and crisis management, the principles of crisis management and crisis management model, which is the theoretical basis of analyzing the crisis management. In Chapter three, the crisis management of some typical enterprises is analyzed, mainly about the problems and the successful experiences existing in dealing with the crisis. In Chapter four, based on the theories in last chapter, some enlightenment about the management of crisis are provided. Chapter five gives advises of solution strategy and gives proof of the cases in previous chapter.The third, fourth and fifth chapters are key parts of the thesis, they also reveals the major work of this thesis.
