The article puts forward company’s strategic objectives, including: market strategy, the Group strategy, international strategy and integration strategy. Specific objectives include the development of business systems development, revenue development,and service organization establishment, personnel development, risk aversion, capital operation. the development of a single insurance, life insurance, business development, electronic information technology and strengthen cooperation and exchanges. To ensure the smooth realization of the overall strategy and specific objectives, Kunlun insurance broker should take the methods of brand building, technology innovation, human resource management, improve service levels, expand financing channels and reasonable allocation of funds to do gurantee the work.
