Since The Reform And Opening Up Research Of The Income Distribution System Reform In Our Country

Income Distribution System of China’s social and economic development as a fundamental institutional arrangements, is an important foundation of the socialist market economic system. 30 years of reform and opening up, in order to establish the conditions and stage of development of the income distribution system to adapt to continuously push forward the reform of the income distribution, income distribution system has been basically established. But at the same time, income distribution, there are some outstanding problems that need urgent solutions, such as urban-rural gap and income gap continues to expand, the problem of income distribution should be standardized, hidden income and illegal income issues. In the critical period of building a moderately prosperous society and deepen the reform of the distribution, optimize the distribution structure to effectively solve the problem of unfair distribution has become an important task for the comprehensive deepening reform.In this paper, according to the "Ask a question- Theory- An Empirical Analysis- Ideas and countermeasures," the research ideas, divided into five sections. The first part is an introduction, mainly on the purpose and significance of research status of domestic and foreign research; the second part of the income distribution system and an overview of the theory, including its western economics theory of income distribution, the Marxist theory of income distribution theory and China Features of the socialist market economic theory of income distribution theory; the third part is the historical changes in income distribution system, the main changes in the various stages of the analysis of lessons learned in order to provide reference for today’s reform; fourth part of the reform of the income distribution of the current problems encountered on the road to analyze and discuss causes of the problem; the fifth part of the income distribution system made perfect ideas and measures, such as economic development strategy to optimize and standardize the initial distribution system construction equitable distribution order, give full play to the role of government sound re-distribution system, strengthen the gray income and illegal income management and norms, etc.
