Study On Cer Project’s Technological Innovation Management Of T Company

A full-blown financial crisis, the market for the chemical industry shrink, especially the most serious decline in China’s and European markets. Faced with shrinking markets and increasing competition, the chemical industry of small and medium-sized enterprises need to implement from manufacturing to the transformation of innovation, namely through technological innovation to improve the core competitiveness. Therefore, how to manage the enterprise technology innovation has become an important issue on enterprises’rapid and sustainable development.Based on CER project of T company which is a chemical class of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dalian (CER is a kind of functional code of epoxy resin, hereinafter referred to as "CER") as the research object, this research, dependence on related theories including technology innovation, technology innovation management and project management, first introduced the general situation of T company’s CER project, then it analyzed the current existing problems of technological innovation, including lack of technological innovation culture, lack of technical innovation and development, strategic planning, inadequate resources integration of technological innovation, lack of adequate financial support of technological innovation, technology innovation incentive mechanism on the defective, and so on. To solve these problems at the same time, this research provided improved suggestions, including shaping characteristics of enterprise technology innovation project management culture, developing sustainable technology innovation management strategy, strengthening the diversity of technological innovation management model, ensuring that technology innovation management of capital requirements, and improving the technological innovation’s incentive mechanism.The conclusion of this thesis is not only significant for T company’s technological innovation management, but also it can provide certain reference for solving the similar problems in the same industry.
