With the development of the economic globalization and improve of China’s economic, enterprises are facing intense competition than before. Along with the continuous changes in the economic environment, enterprises need to environmental change in time to make adjustments to the business strategy, in order to adapt to changes and get a well development.How to select strategic according to the environment is presented. At the same time, enterprise in the market competition faced is not blindly, but to the cooperation and competition are combined organically, the enterprise should choose which kind of competition and cooperation degree has become a issue of enterprise need to consider.According to this, this paper based on the view of the ecology, to help enterprises according to the different environment and their own situation to choose different strategy for the purpose, use enterprise niche theory and Co-opetition theory to research the problems. This paper analyzes the different dimensions of enterprise niche, including niche, niche overlap and niche fitness, corporate share specific niche environment through the analysis of these three dimensions, based on ecological niche perspective about the competitive strategy model, through the analysis of model description research on the enterprise, in different conditions of competition. On the basis of the model, finally puts forward some enterprises may be in different niche context selection strategy, and the enterprise should choose strategy as the main path of its own conclusion. At the same time this paper proposes niche strategy decision tree and the enterprise strategy model based on niche overlap, provides certain reference for the enterprises to choose the suitable strategy in market competition.
