And now,in the direction of constructing "big enterprise and big group and big base",Shanxi province had decided to adjust the distribution of economical structure, in which Shanxi province government had put some important industries as major kinds of industries,which includes industry of fine chemicals,acetylene chemical industry,industry of chemical fertilizer,methanol industry and tar processing industry,and its policy had resulted in the emergence of some coal chemical enterprise of large scale, which includes Shanxi YangMei Fengxi Group Co.LTD,Tianji Group Co.LTD, Shanxi Sanwei Group Co.LTD,Shanxi coking Group Co.LTD,Taiyuan chemical industry, Lanhua science and technology Group Co.LTD and Nanfeng Group Co.LTD,et al.And the researching and designing institutes had also been constructed,including Shanxi institutes for coal chemistry in Chinese Academy of Sciences,The second institute for designing in the field of chemical industry,Shanxi institute for applied chemistry,which all has stronger capability,and had fostered some specialists of rich experience and leading technology.All of this had provided the strong external scientific and technological conditions for the fast developing of coal chemical enterprise in Shanxi province.And the internal institution of science and technology in coal chemical enterprise plays the key role for leading the management to the researching and developing technology in the enterprise.The scientific,advanced and institution of science and technology of the ability of adapting for the application of modern coal chemistry in the enterprise will promote the research and development of new products and new technology,and raised the competitive power of the enterprise in the market.
