Shanxi Science & Technology Finance Development Characteristics And Problems Solving Thinking

As China's modern economic and social development and respond to the needs of the global financial crisis, financial problems in science and technology began to be widespread concern.Although scholars from different perspectives have discussed related issues, as an emerging academic concept, financial technology is still in its infancy. On its concepts, theories and application systems have yet to be further study. Currently, Shanxi Science and Technology of the financial issues that few others discuss.This paper attempts to analyze the situation of Shanxi financial development of the current technology and summarize the characteristics. As for Shanxi Science and Technology of financial current development, is found to be in a prominent contradiction:there is contradiction between the SME financing and bank owned gold credit crunch. Then the causes of conflicts are analyzed, and we would put forward some recommendations on measures. So as to promote the healthy development of Shanxi Science and Technology of financial work, thus it is hoped to enhance the independent innovation capability of Shanxi Province, cultivate new strategic industries, and promote the transformation of resource-based areas across the development.This study is mainly composed of the following five components.The first part states the financial issues of science and technology background and significance of this research, and financial research on the domestic and foreign scientific and technological achievements have been summarized and reviewed in order to identify theoretical sources.The second part explains the basis of theories of the Technology and Finance, including the concept of technology and financial characteristics, operation mode and phase and so on. The statement would set up the theoretical basis on the following combination of Technology and Finance and the practice.The third part of the Shanxi Science and Technology summarizes the characteristics of the financial situation, and find a prominent issue. There is contradiction between the SME financing and bank owned gold credit crunch. Then through the causes of conflict analysis, there are the asymmetry of risks and benefits, resource-based industrial structure and monopolistic competition, market imperfections and unfairness.The fourth section describes the major developed countries and regions at home and abroad technology experience in financial development, learning from them.The fifth part proposes some suggestions to solve the problem.First, we should strengthen government functions and construction, and create a favorable environment for financial development in science and technology. Second, we should establish a modern enterprise system, innovative corporate finance by way of security. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the banking sector with the cooperation of venture capital, timely strategic restructuring. Fourth,we should extend the financial markets, build up the S & T resource optimization mechanisms for good effect.
