Study On The Customer Satisfaction Of Agriculture Community Support

Community Supported Agriculture which is fused with local culture soon after the introduction of Chinese as exotic, formed a new organic production of agricultural development mode with Chinese characteristics. However, the rapid development of agricultural products but also exposed the poor quality of service poor management and many other issues, damage the quality of the customer experience, resulting in decreased customer satisfaction, reducing the number of customers, and the customer is the basis for the farm to survive and develop. Therefore, it is necessary to disentangle the effects of customer satisfaction factors, to understand the real needs of customers, build community supported agriculture customer satisfaction evaluation system for Community Supported Agriculture depth study of customer satisfaction.This collection of Fuzhou, Xiamen CSA customer groups (Jiamei organic farms, Xichoufarm, Zhenyuan organic farm, Tubaba organic farm) through questionnaires, in-depth interviews and other forms of CSA farms on the environment, product quality, service management level the level of satisfaction and the importance of the investigation. During the study, the first to use factor analysis of the factors affecting customer satisfaction screening, and to determine the factors of weight through customer empowerment law; secondly the use of Pearson correlation analysis to determine the evaluation index and overall customer satisfaction with correlation between; and finally by a quarter graph model to analyze customer satisfaction. Through empirical analysis found that various factors can affect customer satisfaction into the farm environment, product quality, service management level three major influencing factors; in four graph model evaluation,16 evaluation index has 11 classified advantage quadrant, and came to Fuzhou, Xiamen Area Community Supported Agriculture CSA Customer Satisfaction Index for 3.7535 through customer satisfaction measurement system, we can see the overall satisfaction level of community support for agriculture is not very high, in the middle level.
