Study On The Development Situation And Countermeasures Of Bean Curd Industry In Qingliu County

Agricultural industrialization is an effective way to promote the traditional agriculture transforming to modern agriculture. The processing of agriculture products is the key aspect of modern agriculture’s construction; and also an effective step to realize the income increase of farmers. Accelerating the development of agricultural industrialization in Qingliu County, will facilitate the Qingliu’s agriculture to be sustained developed in a modern and intensive way.Based on the previous research, this article chose the skin of soya-bean milk in Qingliu County as the research object; and discussed the existing problems and development directions in its industrialization development. The article used the SWOT analysis, case analysis, literature survey and other methods to study the development status and industrial distribution of skin of soya-bean milk in Qingliu; and the its economic, social and ecological benefit would be discussed, factors such as its advantages, disadvantages and challenges would also be discussed. Thus strategic choice of Qingliu skin of soya-bean milk industry’s industrialization development could be obtained as the following orders:SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy. At the same time, through studying the successful cases of foreign agricultural industrialization development, this article summarized valuable experience that it must strengthen the macroeconomic regulation and control of the agricultural industry; insist on the industrialization development of agriculture; realize agricultural modernization; strengthen the support of agricultural science and technology; actively promote the standardization of agricultural industry and optimize the agricultural products’quality; then it could provide reference for the construction and development of Qingliu skin of soya-bean milk. Finally, based on comprehensive analysis of Qingliu bean curd skin industry’s development status, this article put forward the countermeasures and suggestions:to strengthen organization and guidance; brand integration; strengthen the science and technology support; establish and improve the land transfer mechanism; increase financial support; establish a diversified investment mechanism; improve operating mechanism and finally, fully play a leading role.
