Service industries,which like the tourism industry, has become an important component of LED industry in China. The rapid development of tourism make the hotel industry prosper, and it’s always introduce increasingly fierce competition among hotels. If the hotel wants to obtain long-term development in the fierce competition, it will need to improve competitiveness and gain a competitive advantage. As a service industry, the hotel has the key way that is to concern the staff. But the low employee job satisfaction and high turnover rate phenomenon can be seen anywhere,and it introduce a high human cost and the benefit difference in hotel. These phenomenon has become the most concerned problems in hotel management. Career resilience can affect employee job satisfaction and turnover intention, and the hotel doesn’t have enough attention in it. Based on this, career resilience as a kind of ability, can quickly respond to changes in the work environment to enhance competitiveness. Its importance is more and more outstanding. This research takes the domestic hotel as the background, introducing the concept of career resilience, to explore the relationship among career resilience and job satisfaction, turnover tendency, and attribute to provide a new idea in improve employee job satisfaction, reduce the turnover rate. Based on the domestic and foreign career resilience theory and empirical research results, the theoretical research model will be taken out.This article has put out 100 questionnaires of pre-survey and 400 questionnaires of formal-survey among the Changsha hotel staff, and use the software spssl9.0.The statistical method has been used in this paper, like reliability and validity, correlation analysis, T test, single factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and so on. Not only the relationships among the three is discussed, but also the hotel staff job satisfaction influence the turnover rate of hotel is verified and the demographic factors is used to represent samples. The research results indicate that :(1) Career resilience of the hotel staff have a positive effect on their job satisfaction;(2) Career resilience of the hotel staff have an negatively influence on their turnover intention.(3) Job satisfaction of the hotel staff have an negatively influence on their job satisfaction.Finally, this paper based on the analysis, obtained the help to improve China’s hotel employee job satisfaction, some suggestions for reducing the Enlightenment of the turnover rate, at the same time, the shortage of the paper and future research are elaborated.
