Research On The Social Service Demand Of Flour Processing Enterprises Under The Modern Agriculture

China is in the period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and the level of modernization of agriculture of our country lags behind the level of industrialization and urbanization and facing a series of challenges. The eighteen Party’s proposed the cultivation of new agricultural enterprises, agricultural industrialization leading enterprises plays a guarding and leading role in the construction of modern agriculture. However, there are still some problems such as financing difficulties, fewer financing channels, and the interest mechanism with farmers loose, which hindered the rapid development. Therefore, from the perspective of demand explore service needs of leading enterprises, so as to maximize play its role in the process of agricultural modernization, and constructing new agricultural socialized service system for reference, has certain theoretical and practical significance.This research is based on the WRS methodology, the supply and demand theory, and industry chain theory, defines related concepts, and selects the flour processing leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hebei Province-- Heima Flour Limited Liability Company as a case by case study. Use the focus interview and questionnaire survey to research six directors and 32 employees for the department and of Heima Flour Limited Liability Company, and the efficiency is 100%. Main research contents: firstly, clear the dark horse flour company service received the status quo, and accordingly to build the service satisfaction degree evaluation index system, using AHP to calculate the weight of each index; secondly, in reference to the project level assessment tool to the black flour company has accepted the service satisfaction degree evaluation; finally, on the basis of flour processing enterprise needs and characteristics of qualitative analysis.The research results are as follows:(1) based on the status quo of black flour company have been receiving service, received a total of 3 categories 9 services;(2) to meet the service evaluation index system including 9 first level indexes and 29 level two indexes, using AHP to calculate the weight of the index, the weight of money supply service for a maximum of 0.289;(3) obtained through calculation, service to meet the overall score degree is 72 points, ranked as "more satisfied", the money supply service score of 67 points, ranked as "general satisfaction", flour processing technology and equipment import and innovation of service score is 85 points, rank of "meet", disaster prevention information service score of 47 points, ranked as "not satisfied".The results above showed that: dark horse flour company service needs are not being met, and the service meet degree difference is bigger, the financial services need further improvement; flour processing enterprise demand for services including financial, policy, technology, information service demand; flour processing enterprise service demand with hierarchy, frontier, initiative and strong features.According to leading enterprises related services subject to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions: government to guide financial institutions to establish a sound credit, insurance mechanism, increase the intensity of the credit; strengthen the service of the main body of the corresponding function, to meet the needs of leading enterprises of all aspects of the service. In view of the characteristics of the leading enterprises demand provide corresponding and effective service.
