A Study On Impact Of Social Networks And Dynamic Capabilities On Logistics Enterprises’ Innovation Performance

The changing of market demand, the innovation of technology and the competition of industry make the logistics enterprise in the uncertain business system. No logistics enterprises could survive in this competitive environment without constant innovation. Innovation is an important factor to maintain sustainable competitive advantage and improve the service quality of logistics enterprises. Innovation also makes the competitors difficult to be detected and imitated. With the help from social network like other enterprises, government and institutions, logistics enterprises get enough resources to a successful innovation. In dynamic network, the logistics enterprise faces more opportunities and challenges. The winners in dynamic network should have the ability of quick reaction, quick flexible innovation and configuration of internal and external resources.This paper focus on the interaction among social network, dynamic capabilities and innovation performance. Social network dimension is divided into:scope of network, network center and network density. Dynamic capability dimension is divided into dynamic environment awareness, flexible strategy decision-making and allocation of resources. The observed variable of innovation performance is selected by the principle of service innovation performance method. The SEM model was used to analyze the interaction among these three variables. The data for analysis was got from high-level management of logistics enterprises in Zhejiang province. The experiment used SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 for empirical analysis and draw the conclusion that dynamic capability has a significant positive effect on logistics enterprises innovation performance.
