The emerging of credit card results from the combination of traditional financial services and modern information technology. Credit card business in China develops dramatically with continued increasing of card issue. As a result, the credit card is playing a more important role in promoting consumption growth and further stimulating national economy as before. Meanwhile, the development of mobile Internet brings tremendous change to people’s shopping and payment approaches caused by the improvement of living standards as well as the promotion of mobile terminal devices, mobile network, mobile shopping and mobile payments. Therefore, it should be an opportunity for the credit card issuers to seize to make an innovation in exploitation, management, business process, labor organization and so on, adapting the profound changes in the market development result from mobile Internet development to find out new points of economy growth. In view of this, this paper focused on the transformation innovation of credit card business in obtaining customers and enhancing services under mobile Internet trend.The main contents took a review of the traditional credit card business, disussing its limitations. By analyzing the overall development status and characracteristics of the Mobile Internet, we figured out the changes in people’s life and spending habits as well as payment methods. As a result, the credit card business should implement the transformation of products and services to adapt the environmental innovations, to meet the new needs of consumers, aiming to seize the chance to breaking the siege, relizing the transformation of eligibling customers and services successfully.Meanwhile, taking "pocket life" of China Merchants Bank as an example, the trendancy of credit card business was forcasteded. By taking a deep view of the traits of "pocket life" and its functions and customer experience along with its advantages in attracting customer comparied with traditional credit card business, thus put forward the stragegy of future development of credit business under Mobile Internet environment finally.In order to obtain accurate data and scientific research findings, we applied various research means to disuss and analyze the development of credit card business under Mobile Interent trend. The research methods include literature review, case study, information research, statistical analysis and lessons conclusions.Finally, based on the full text of presentation and practice, we pointed out that commercial banks should make full use of channels and technical resources brought by Mobile Internet development. Faced with the challenges of environmental innovation, banks are suggested to innovative credit card services, to broaden promotion and acceptance channels, to improve customer credit card information and to establish information management systems as well as to enhance the ease of customer use, therefore maintaing the prosming development of the whole bank industry.
