With the improvement of economic level, consumers prefer to buy all kinds of popular products, such as smart phones, cosmetics, fashion, etc., their consumption behavior from habit to addiction has become a common phenomenon in the consumer market. Therefore, a lot of manufacturering enterprises continued technological innovation and constantly upgraded products to meet more consumers demand for its commodities to increase their profits. Companies constantly produce newer generation of products on the basis of the previous generation. Although new products with better functional properties but does not completely strategic markets, resulting in the coexistence phenomenon of multiple generations of product in the market. At present, although the existing diffusion model of multi-generation high-tech innovative products can describe the product dynamic growth of the diffusion process in the market, but under the phenomenon of multi-generation product coexistence, the previous diffusion model could not be used to explain the modern spread of the high-tech products. And there is no research about the repeatedly re-purchase behavior addiction caused by the consumer psychology of addiction will affect the entire demand curve of new products. Therefore, this article in the addiction model will consider the case that due to addiction behavior consumer will re-purchase new products. On the basis of the original Bass diffusion model to make improvements, we consider the impact of multiple generations of products and introduce the addiction parameters in the model, which can accurately predict consumer demand for new products.In order to scientifically determine the new product optimal order quantity in a sales cycle and the best ordering time point, help companies make a reasonable strategy to control inventory at the beginning. This paper in the mode of addiction, considering the invisible deterioration, backlogging, addiction parameters and other influencing factors, according to the relationship between the product into the mature period of time points and the shortage of time, the initial state whether there is out of stock of the enterprise, we establish four inventory model based on the fast into the mature period of high-tech product demand forecasting, and discuss the existence condition of the optimal solution. Finally, Apple’s smart phone products, for example, we estimated the parameters by actual sales data, and fitted the demand function. By analyzing the results, the production enterprises obtained the optimal order strategies and the relationship between the variables and parameters of addiction.
