The Research On The Safety Risks Informatization Of The Water Conservancy Project Of Jiangsu Province

It has been studied in this thesis that the safety risks management of the water conservancy construction project of Jiangsu Province. Base on the research on the safety risks existed on the water conservancy construction project, it has been introduced about the classification on the security risk factors, the summary on the existing key problem and the safety risks management index system. And then by the analysis of the Yangjiagou Gate construction project, it has been studied and discussed on the safety risks management of the water conservancy construction project. Then by using the new generation advanced information technology to the safety risks management of the water conservancy construction project, it has been enhanced on the safety risks management and reduced on security risks. The Innovation of this thesis is as following:1. The safety risk management index system has been established. By the analysis of the distinguishing feature and risk source of the water conservancy construction project, the safety risk management index system has been established.2. The positive analysis of the safety risk factors index system of the water conservancy construction project has been carried out by the integrated group AHP method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the analysis of the Yangjiagou Gate construction project.3. Some management suggestions have been offered in this thesis to the existing key problem of the water conservancy construction project. Firstly, it is a vital work to summary the development law of the water conservancy construction project and to be conscious of the safety risk management. Secondly, it should be improved on the safety risk management index system and the safety risk management information system.In addition, it has been the tendency that to study the safety risk management information system of the water conservancy construction project by using the new generation advanced information technology. The priority of the safety risk management of the water conservancy construction project is to the data acquisition, statistics and analysis of hydraulic structure behavior speedily, and the safety risk factors elimination immediately.
