In the civil aviation industry, airlines always pay more attention to the training and improvement of the competitive ability. Quickly understanding and application of new technology and the new management concept are the characteristics of the civil aviation industry, so the civil aviation industry has often been studied and imitated by other industries in many aspects. In recent years, the most important thing to the changement on the way of people’s life should be electronic commerce. The impact of electronic commerce on the operation and management of the airline may be far greater than the other industries, so the airline’s core competitiveness influencing factor must also analysed and constructed based on the characteristic of electronic commerce.S airlines is a rapid developing but less competitive company. In the face of High-speed Rail competition, constantly forming the agglomeration effect of traditional competitors and the new market competitors, S airlines faces a very complex and difficult situation. S Airlines’competitiveness will directly affect its development and survival. How to build a S navigation in the age of electronic commerce, is the problem of S airlines.This paper firstly reviews the domestic airlines’competitiveness through the literatures, analyses the influence of electronic commerce on the elements, and proposes the significance of the electronic commerce and its expanding application on the competitiveness of airlines.Through the analysis of current situation of management of the western developed civil aviation market, this paper judges the future trend of domestic civil aviation market; through the analysis of practical problems of the domestic civil aviation market, this paper explains the necessity of expanding civil aviation electronic commerce, and argues the relationship between the competitiveness of electronic commerce and the airlines. This paper analyzes some problems of S airlines in the electronic commerce process such as unclear understanding insufficient measures, lack of basis for decision problems, etc, points out the effects on competitiveness of the above problems, argues S Airlines must promote the development of electronic commerce in competence oriented. This paper analyses SWOT of S Airlines’ electronic commerce implementation, researches the relationship between e-commerce and S Airlines flight competition situation empirically, proves the existent of the positive relationship between the electronic commerce and the Airlines’ sales ability. In a competitive equilibrium condition, the most effective way to increasing marginal contribution is through product differentiation by the electronic commerce development application. Based on the current situation and the requirements of e-commerce on S airlines, this paper suggests S Airlines’ the expanding application approach, including technical and management conditions, the wireless strategy, value-added services, the establishment of the standard model, and the implementation of 020 model, etc.
