The energy are inseparable to our lives throughout all aspects of society ever since the industrial society once come into our world, while economic growth is bound to this important energy resource. Due to technical limitations, the current use of fossil fuels for energy is still based, non-fossil fuels account for only a small part of the energy supply. Use of fossil fuels to the world brought great pressure on the environment:environmental pollution, greenhouse gases, global warming and so on. And because of the non-renewable thing of fossil fuels in the short term, that can not support unlimited economic and social development needs, so people are increasingly concerned about the high efficiency of energy use, make energy use as part of sustainable development, economic growth and energy consumption of the relationship One very·important part."Decoupling " concept was put forward to the beginning of a great theorists get attention. "Decoupled " from the Western scholars, which means that the state which economic growth is no longer highly dependent in energy consumption. Explore the relationship between two variables as a research method for the economic development and the relationship between environmental pressure treatment provides an important research method. China entered the late industrial society, is still basically in the extensive economic growth society that economic growth more dependent on the development of secondary industry, that China’s economic growth in the consumption of energy resources, greater dependence. The strategic goal of sustainable development in order to study China’s economic growth and energy consumption and the development direction of decoupling between practical significance. This paper analyzes the process of economic growth found in China, in accordance with changes in the growth rate can be divided into four stages, these four periods of economic growth and energy consumption in relation gray correlation analysis obtained at various stages of their relationship dynamic characteristics as well as three industrial output growth and energy consumption of the dynamic relationship between changes. Further demand model and ternary ternary output models were put energy prices and the introduction of the total workforce between economic development and energy consumption in relation to observe its effect on the relationship between the two. This article reads as follows:The first chapter is an introduction overview introduces the domestic and international research on the theory of decoupling the status quo. The second chapter describes the stage of China’s economic development division and sub-industry economic development. The third chapter introduces China’s energy consumption time series variables, and the specific energy such as coal, oil, natural gas and electricity usage preliminary analysis. Chapter ternary and ternary output demand model multivariate model under the influence of economic growth and energy consumption were analyzed. Chapter V of gray correlation analysis method phased economic growth and energy consumption gray correlation between analyzed the relationship between observed dynamics. And further analysis of specific indicators of economic factors on energy consumption role. The sixth chapter is based on the results of the above analysis of China’s energy and economic development put forward corresponding theoretical proposals.
