The Research On The Supervision Of Online Transactions By Industrial And Commercial Administrations

Nowadays, people’s production and life style because the Internet has undergone great changes, network-based online transactions, and the traditional economic model has been a great challenge to the government’s management has also been affected and changed. Online transactions gives us efficient and convenient life, but also brought a lot of trouble. More and more network greatly criminal acts against consumers’ legitimate rights and interests, has seriously affected the healthy development of online transactions, thereby affecting social and economic development.As important national law enforcement and regulatory functions of the market, industrial and commercial administrations have been exploring ways to promote the healthy development of online transactions. In recent years, through innovative practices, industrial and commercial administrations at all levels summarize some successful experiences and practices, but also encountered some problems. Network development to industrial and commercial administrations of China brought development opportunities and put forward higher requirements. As a part of industrial and commercial administrations, I want to use the knowledge I have learned, combined with practical work, according to the responsibilities of industrial and commercial administrations of the regulatory online transactions, analysis problems and causes. Based on China’s national conditions and absorb foreign experience, improve our network to find the commodity trading industry and commerce administration regulatory measures.In this paper, there are six parts. Part 1 introduces this paper’s background and significance, the main research contents, methods and ideas; combing the current research, summarize several questions online transactions regulatory research. Part 2 introduces the concept of online transactions and industrial and commercial administrations, development and characteristics of online transactions, online transactions elaborated on the necessity of industrial and commercial administrations for industry regulation and regulatory content. Part 3 take Jining City as an example, analyzed the effect of the practice run, in order to find the crux of the problem. Section 4 on the basis of access to relevant information on the introduction of advanced practice some cities, analyzing learning foreign regulatory measures online transactions. Part 5 in a case study and learn at home and abroad on the basis of experience, make suggestions, improve the supervision of online transactions industrial and commercial administrations. Section 6 concludes the paper to explain the full text of the central idea, to form my own opinions.
