Research On The Theoretical Model System Of Land Intensiveuse Based On Industry Classification

Study on the pattern of intensive land use was the important part of the theory of land saving and intensive use. Rational, scientific and intensive land use pattern could optimize the layout of the regional industry, improve the efficiency of the industrial land, and promote social and economic sustainable development. Since the early 1990 s, the research on the intensive use of land had been the focus of the academic research, and many achievements had been made in theory and application. But at present, in terms of intensive land use patterns, it was short of the relatively perfect theoretical system, and a practical guide to the intensive use of different industries mode system.There were some shortages in the research of intensive land use models, and the paper took the national economy industry as the breakthrough point. Therefore, the intensive land use system and the research of the system was deeply studied in this paper from the four aspects mainly.(1) Research on the connotation of intensive land mode and mode system: according to the existing literature and the connotation of intensive land use, this paper explored connotation of intensive land use, classified the land classification system for the industry used in the intensive land use pattern, analyzed the intensive land pattern system based on industry classification.(2) Research on the construction of intensive land theory model system: the paper took the space, time and function of land use as the breakthrough point, explored pattern coding, pattern combination and feasibility distinguish, and built theoretical pattern base.(3) Research on the theoretical model of land use in different industries: according to the results of the feasibility of the pattern combination and industry application mode, this paper analyzed the theoretical combination mode of different industries, and the mode of application in the near future.(4) Research on the management and popularization of the intensive land use pattern: the paper choosed C#, visio studio for the redevelopment of the interface, according to user needs, explored the architecture design and system implementation of the intensive land management system, and the popularization and application.Through the theoretical analysis of intensive land use and the application of the industry, the following conclusions were obtained. Firstly, intensive land model had its theoretical system, namely, 13sub-patterns and 135 theoretical models in the theory dimension including, which could compose the theory pattern base of the intensive land use. Secondly, the theoretical model system in different industries had a certain applicability and could be generalized, and different industries could find its matching theoretical model. Thirdly, intensive mode of land use management system could meet the initial user selection, and query the intensive land use pattern that was applicable to different industries.
